I placed an order with Royaldesign on Dec. 1st and one item had a 2-3 week lead-time, which was fine. It is now Jan. 19th and I have yet to receive the merchandise. Never mind you, I have NOT gotten any updates on the status of my order either!! There is nowhere on their website that you can check your order status either.
What to do? I will NEVER again order from Royaldesign! Their loss because I am from Denmark and almost every item from kitchen, bath and decor in my house is from Scandinavia.
I placed my order on 11/29/2020, and to this day it has not been shipped, with little to no clarity on when it will be. Inexplicably slow customer service responses. Great prices but I'm learning the hard way why that is..

A bit of delay but very happy of the product, product arrived intact compared to other marketplaces!
Product arrived with a dent on the side of the metal round tray.
Multiple emails just to replace a globe, requested everyting from serial numbers to packaging and then wanted a video to prove the bulb was blown!! Waste of time and poor customer service!
Very happy with items - boxes were slightly damaged in transit but items were not damaged. My mum will be extremely envious of my new purchases as she is a Finn and loves iittala products :)
Excellent company to deal with - my order arrived in Australia 1 day earlier than scheduled delivery date. How good is that - thankyou
I am pleased with the Royal Design range of quality and beautiful products. I look to their site for fair prices, and shop the campaigns to purchase items about which I was formerly undecided. The glass terrarium in XL was one of the last available anywhere, and was also on sale. I received it within a couple days, in perfect condition.
I ordered a hard-to-find Alessi product online that I give as gifts.
I received order in less than one week from Sweden.
Plus lowest price that I have ever paid.
Item comes from Sweden(!). This was not clear enough on the Internet Site. Very long delivery time! Item sent by Fedex, which is one of the worst delivery company.
Prompt service - excellent packaging and great notifications of status.
